I was recently speaking with someone who really wants to get a Dane. I showed her some photos of Lola and she was amazed at how beautiful and big she is. I told her about the beautiful Danes that you continue to produce at Taylor Danes and directed her on to your website. She likes the Euros and is looking for a Harl or a Merle, so I'm sure she'll be blown away when she checks your site out.
It got me to check out your site again, too... we do that from time to time to look at the photos of your new litters (they are ALL beautiful). I clicked on the link that you created about Lola and realized that it's been half a year since we gave you an update on her or sent any photos. I have a few photos from the past few months, which include her 1st birthday. 
Lola really is a wonderful dog. All she ever really wants is to be loved and give love... and by that I mean give lots of sloppy wet kisses and heavy leans. 
She is, and has always been, incredibly gentle and loving with our kids 100% of the time. In fact, Lola is very popular with all of the kids on our street.
Whenever they are out and see us on a walk, or in our front yard, they always come running to give and get some Lola love.
Lola is a little over a year now (she was from your 5/23/11 litter between Levi and Summer). I haven't had her to the vet recently, but from measuring her at home I know that she is over 130-lbs now, and 34 inches tall at her withers... as a female at just 1 year old, that sounds pretty big to me. I love it! The bigger the better, right? That's part of why we wanted a Dane. I can't wait to see where she'll top out.
Anyway, thanks again for adding Lola to our family. Maybe we'll run into you at a Dane meet-up sometime this summer.
